MR JONATHAN W A RAMSAY - CONSULTANT UROLOGIST AND ANDROLOGIST
Professor Jonathan Ramsay is a Consultant Urologist, specialising in male fertility investigation and treatment. Jonathan works closely with men of all ages and particularly supports their health and well-being on their fertility journey.
Recent publications focus on the effects of oxidative stress on the DNA quality of sperm, and how this might influence fertility outcomes.
Jonathan believes human fertility encompasses biology, emotion and psychology, and that it's really important that he supports his patients across all these fronts where possible.
MR SUKS MINHAS MD FRCS UROL - CONSULTANT UROLOGIST AND ANDROLOGIST
One of the UK’s most eminent andrologists - Professor Suks Minhas is a Professor of Practice (Urology) and Consultant Andrologist at Imperial College, London. A recipient of the prestigious Karl Storz Telescope, an award given to specialists who have made a significant and lasting contribution to British Urology, he is recognised as a key international opinion leader in his field, and has been consistently voted one of the top private doctors in the UK by Tatler magazine.
He is one of the only full time Andrologists in the UK. With specialist interest and expertise in areas including male fertility and erectile dysfunction, penile and testicular cancers and male urology, he sees patients from all over the UK covering a vast range of concerns.
mr Tet Yap - Consultant Urologist
Mr Tet Yap qualified from Cambridge in 2000 and trained in Surgery & Urology in the North Thames region including at University College London (where he completed his research MD), Charing Cross Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and St Bartholomews Hospital. He has been involved in the setting up of the complex benign andrological service at St George's Hospital and led the development of a South West London regional male fertility unit as well as the andrological services at the Royal Marsden. He is now based at Guys and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust where he continues spearheading regional andrological and infertility services and research.

Mr Majed Shabbir - Consultant Urologist
Majed Shabbir was appointed as a consultant urological surgeon to Guy's and St Thomas' in 2012. He completed a two year fellowship program in penile cancer, andrology and genito-urethral reconstruction at The Institute of Urology, University College Hospital London, and also trained with the penile cancer and genito-urethral reconstruction team at St. George’s Hospital London. He performs a range of general urological procedures and has a specialist interest in genital reconstruction, urethroplasty, Peyronie’s disease, erectile dysfunction including implant surgery, and the investigation and management of male factor infertility. Majed organises and runs national postgraduate andrological training courses for the BAUS section of andrology including the microsurgical vasectomy reversal / infertility course and the AGOUR course for the FRCS (Urol).
Mr Jas Kalsi - Consultant Urologist
Mr Kalsi is an international expert in male infertility, male sexual & genital conditions (andrology) & is a specialist in the use of microsurgery (vasectomy reversal, varicocele & sperm retrieval) especially in high risk & hard to treat cases. Mr Kalsi’s approach to problem solving is sensitive & friendly.
Mr Kalsi’s meticulous microsurgical technique results in successful sperm retrieval in a high number of cases, even when there has been previous failed surgery elsewhere. He is among a very limited group of micro surgeons in the UK who can perform the newer technique of sperm retrieval from the testes called micro-dissection TESE (m-TESE) which results in a higher success rate of positive sperm retrieval whilst minimising the amount of tissue taken and potential damage to the testis. In addition he has also performed amongst the highest number of microsurgery procedures for the treatment of varicocele in the UK.

Mr Raj Nigam - Consultant Urologist
Raj Nigam was born in London and attended Haberdasher’s Aske’s School before graduating in Medicine from University College London. He gained his basic surgical training at University College and Middlesex Hospitals and completed a MD thesis from the Royal Postgraduate Medical School in the basic sciences of cancer metastasis. He was a Urological Registrar at St Mary’s Hospital in London followed by Senior Urological Registrar posts at St. Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Hospitals. Appointed as Consultant Urological Surgeon to the Royal Surrey County Hospital in 2000 and in 2009 to the Institute of Urology at University College London Hospitals. Wide experience in Urology including General Urology, Andrology and Urological Oncology Practice in NHS hospitals. Several management positions including formerly Clinical Director of Urology at Royal Surrey.
He works in Guidford & Woking in Surrey.
mr Oliver Wiseman - Consultant Urologist
Oliver is a Consultant Urologist based at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge where he is the lead clinician for urinary stone disease. He specialises in the treatment of kidney stones, including use of the holmium laser to treat kidney stones, the metabolic investigation of patients with kidney stones, and in the minimally invasive management of patients with upper tract transitional cell cancer (TCC). His other interest is in the management of male infertility.

mr Steve Bromage - Consultant Urologist
Steve Bromage is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Stepping Hill Hospital. He has clinics at Stepping Hill, Tameside and Leighton Hospital. Steve graduated from Newcastle University and has gained medical and surgical experience through working in Australia and New Zealand before settling in the North West of England. Steve also specialises in male factor infertility and has published many original scientific articles in this area. He performs procedures for male infertility including sperm retrieval and reversal of vasectomy. He has undertaken microscopic training and can offer the option of microscopic reversal of vasectomy, which magnifies vision when joining these tiny tubes together.

MR MARC LUCKY - UROLOGIST AND ANDROLOGICAL SURGEON
Mr Lucky is a fellowship trained Urologist and Andrological surgeon with particular experience in male infertility and genital reconstruction.
He is one of very few surgeons specialising in andrological surgery in the North West region with specific training in all elements of penile cancer management and phallus preserving strategies.
A graduate of the University of Liverpool and Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, Mr Lucky brings with him to the Sefton Suite a number of years of experience in the field.

mr Gareth Brown - Consultant Urologist
Professor Gareth Brown is a Consultant Urological Surgeon based at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Llantrisant. Gareth undertook basic surgical and urological training in South Wales and in 2007 he was awarded an MD for research into bladder cancer. Following the completion of his urological training he then undertook advanced specialist training at the University College London Hospital, the largest Andrology unit in the UK.
Gareth is an NHS consultant with both emergency and elective sessions. He carries out diagnostic work including prostate assessment and cystoscopy and manages all core urological conditions including haematuria (blood in urine), urinary incontinence, recurrent urinary infection (cystitis) and kidney stones. Within Urology, Gareth has particular expertise in Andrology and takes referrals from multiple sites within South Wales.
mr Asif Muneer - Consultant Urologist
Mr Asif Muneer is a full time Consultant Urological Surgeon and Andrologist based in London. He specialises in general urological conditions, diagnostic services and has a specialist interest in male infertility and vasectomy reversal, erectile dysfunction, genital oncology and oncoplastic reconstruction. He also provides a Men’s Health screening service and corrective surgery for Peyronie’s disease.
mISs Pippa Sangster - Consultant Urologist
Pippa Sangster is a Consultant Urologist at UCLH. She qualified from Guy's and St Thomas's medical school. She has further degrees in Psychology (BSC) and achieved the gold medal in the Urology MSC. As well as completing general Urological training, she spent three years sub-specializing in Andrology at St George's and Guy's hospital, before carrying out a fellowship at UCLH. Her main areas of expertise are Andrology and her specialist interest is male factor infertility. She has built strong links with the Reproductive medicine unit, Endocrinology, Haematology and Oncology to ensure the fertility of these patients can be preserved or helped.

Mr Hussain Alnajjar Consultant Urological Surgeon and Andrologist
Hussain is a Consultant Urological Surgeon and Andrologist, and an Honorary Associate Professor at UCL. He has special interest in male factor infertility, erectile dysfunction and penile prosthesis surgery, Peyronie's disease and its surgical correction, priapism, genito-urethral oncology (penile cancer and testicular cancer) and genital reconstruction. He also manages men with all testicular conditions, low testosterone (hypogonadism), male sexual dysfunction.
Hussain is a keen mentor and trainer. He enjoys mentoring and training fellows and trainee doctors at UCLH. He is also a tutor for students taking a Master’s degree in the andrology and penile cancer modules. He is an examiner for both the European Board of Urology fellowship (FEBU) and the membership to the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MRCS) examinations.

Mr Roland Rees - Consultant Urologist
Rowland is a Consultant Urologist at University Hospital Southampton and a subspecialist in andrology and genito-urethral reconstructive surgery.
He underwent urological training in Wessex, and also spent 4 years in research and fellowship posts at London’s largest andrology centre. In 2009, he set up a regional service for Wessex, now based at Southampton.
His aim is to enhance the investigation and treatment of subfertile men, and particular interests are improving outcomes in severe male factor infertility, vasectomy reversal, and the holistic management of subfertile men with associated problems such as testosterone deficiency.

mr StePHen GorDon - Consultant Urologist
Mr Gordon works as a urologist with a special interest in male infertility and sexual function. His research has involved the use of serum markers and ultrasound techniques in the diagnosis of male factor infertility.
Mr Gordon works alongside gynaecologists treating female partners at both St Helier and Epsom hospitals. As part of this role, Mr Gordon will commonly see men in his clinic - often with their partners - to assess the reasons behind any infertility and best advise what treatment options may be available taking into account both partners.
.As a urologist, he is also able to deal with any urinary or genital problems such as prostate or testicular disease that may also be present.
He advises the South West London Cancer Network regarding fertility and the effects of cancer treatment and is currently developing further the services available to men locally regarding male infertility.
mr Paul Hadaway - Consultant Urologist
Mr Hadaway has extensive experience in the management of urogenital disorders, including erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, and urethral strictures. He has a keen interest in male factor infertility and has trained under the mentorship of Asif Muneer at UCLH in the techniques of Micro- TESE (testicular sperm extraction) and vasectomy reversal.
Paul has a kind and understanding attitude to his patients and will provide the comprehensive approach that men experiencing fertility problems both deserve and require.
mr Oliver Kayes - Consultant Urologist
Mr Oliver Kayes is a consultant urologist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. He also works alongside infertility colleagues at the Leeds Centre for Reproductive Medicine (LCRM). His specialist interests include: prostate problems, male sexual dysfunction, male infertility and genital reconstruction. He is expert in micro-surgical infertility treatments, urethroplasty and post-prostatectomy recovery.
He routinely cares for patients with renal stones and helps both men and women suffering from cancers of the kidney, bladder, prostate, testis and penis.
He completed his specialist surgical training in Cambridge and London, including a two-year fellowship working with prominent experts at University College London Hospital. He has completed a higher degree in the molecular biology of penile cancer and was awarded the prestigious Hunterian Professorship by the Royal College of Surgeons in 2010.
Mr Kayes believes optimal care of patients and first class research go hand in hand. His research interests include: male infertility, sexual dysfunction, cancer survivorship and improving surgical outcomes. He is an honorary senior lecturer at Leeds University. He currently is a reviewer for several international medical journals and past member of the BAUS section of academic urology.

mr CJ Shukla - Consultant Urologist
Mr Shukla is a Consultant Urological Surgeon in NHS Lothian, offering clinical services at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh. He is also a Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer with the University of Edinburgh.
CJ Shukla is a Urologist who offers subspecialist management of basic and complex men’s health conditions and also maintains his general urology interest by offering assessment and treatment of common urological conditions.
Additionally, he is the Associate Editor for the Andrology section for an online journal CPD platform for Urologists. More recently he is now an examiner for the viva section of the FRCS Urology examinations, which is a final exit examination for trainees wishing to become consultant Urological surgeons, and has recently taken over as overall programme director for the ChM in urology mentioned above.
